Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I truly appreciate your respect for my schedule and other clients’ time as well.🤎
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice including same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a point being added to your account. After 3 points, you may be subject to same day booking only or a possible future booking ban.
• If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a shortened appointment in order to keep the day running smoothly for all clients.
